Engine 11


2005 Kenworth

Pumper/tanker combo. 1,526 gallons/1250gpm. Engine 11 is first out for all fires except brush/grass fires and is 2nd out for auto accidents,grass/field fires.Truck is equiped with 6 SCBA's,forceable entry tools and basic firefighting equipment.

 
 
Rescue 14


1999 Ford F-250 4X4

Rescue 14 is first truck due for most calls. It's first out on all EMS and auto/farm accidents. Rescue 14 is a State certified BLS Non-Transport unit and also currently serves as our command vehichle for all major events. The unit is currently equiped with an AED and everything needed for BLS emergencies. Unit also features ventilation and extrication equipment.

 
 
Brush 12


1985 Chevy

Brush 12 is a 1985 Chevy 3/4 ton truck that was aquired by the department in the Fall of 2008 from the Indiana Department of Natural Resources at no cost to the taxpayers of Jefferson Township. Brush 12 is equiped with a 200 Gallon Defender Skid Unit and a wide variety of wildland firefighting equipment. Brush 12 also serves as the departments back up EMS response unit when Rescue 14 is out of service or on another call.

 
 
Tanker 13


1981 International

Unit 13 is a 3000 gallon tanker. Unit is currently out of service but once it's back in service will be 2nd truck out for all fires and respond on mutaul aid calls to other departments for waster assistance.
