Everybody should learn CPR, you may never need to know it, but it only takes one time of seeing somebody collapse and saving a life. With this said the Coal City Community Volunteer Fire Dept. is hosting a CPR/AED Class for fellow emeregency responders and for the general public. This will be a 2 hour class that will teach folks adult,child and infant CPR. After completion of this class you will be issued a CPR/AED Certified card from The American Heart Association. If you need recertified this class will take care of that need also....spend two hours learning something that can truely save a life!

The class will be held on July 14th at 7:00pm at the Coal City Comm. Firehouse on SR 157 in Coal City. This class is open to anyone over the age of 10 years old, cost is $30 per student. You need to be registered for this class by no later than July 10th....to register call Asst. Fire Chief Brian Moyer at 812-236-0564 or fill out the online registration below!
